Probably the sickest idea ever invented:

CHILD BEAUTY PAGEANTS.

Look at these poor dears - you KNOW that their parents are just doing it to make money. I mean, a kid doesn't care whether she's in a beauty pageant or not - she'll do what she's made to do, and then maybe develop a liking for it.





How parents can look proudly at these photos is beyond me. Maybe they're comforted by the money they recieve. Sorry, I'm being a cynic. But I feel so bad for these kids!

It's just not natural. Look at them - forced to be all seductive in swimsuits and pose around. urhg.

This little girl's called Swan Booner - from the HBO film Living Dolls.

Just look at her sad little eyes! I could smack her mother for doing this.

Her little stalk neck .. so sad! :( And definitely not natural for a 6 year old! Or maybe she was five. I can't remember. And the thing is she would actually be very cute without all the makeup and fake tan!

This little girl I think is actually adorable though - even though the hair is a bit overdone, it's still more natural than these days.

Her name is JonBenét Ramsey. RIP JonBenét.

But look how cute without makeup and all that silly hair stuff! Just adorable! I think beauty pageants without all that stuff (AND minus the seductive poses in bikinis - when teenagers and adults do it, it's called porn people! So why make kids do it!?)

Sorry for this post - my rant probably won't interest anyone - but my aunt has gone off and signed my little cousin up for one of these fiascos! Grrrr... So I've been doing my research, and I'm gonna make her see SENSE.

It's only a local pageant, but I do not want this becoming a regular thing!
